The customer service and selection here is unparalleled! I have visited many jewelry stores in West MI, and always feel most comfortable at Prengers. I have gone for ring purchases, diamond cleaning and a repair. The family business feel at Prengers gives you a strong sense of trust in their work. Mr. Prenger sized my ring the same day I bought it so I could take it home- not even twenty minutes after purchasing! This adds so much to the experience when making a big jewelry purchase!

Dan did an amazing job on my wedding ring! I was ecstatic when I saw it after he had finished the ring. I had a gap between the rings due to the soldering job when the rings were first put together and I had recently lost a diamond. Dan closed the gap up and put a new diamond in and it's everything I had wanted, so thankful. It turned out perfect, I feel like I have a new ring! Highly recommend Prenger's! I have had many rings re-plated and sized here but when I had my 1950's era channel set band brought to them for resizing Dan immediately noticed the channels were wore down and worried I would lose one of my expensive stones. So he suggested I have the channels rebuilt aand gave me options on what kind of white gold he could use and pricing. It only took a week and he did an Amazingly Beautiful Job!! Highly Recommend!! I highly recommend this business. I have took 2 of my rings there to be resized and they were ready the next day. And one of them I had an appraised done on it. He gave me the paperwork and a picture of my ring with the appraiser on it. I give them a 5 star.

Quick, reliable, honest service! Fixed the prongs on my ring after I paid for a jewelry repair at the mall but they didn't actually do any repairs!

I have been blessed to have them as my jewelers since the late 1980’s. My mother is the one that introduced me to them. Best jewelers, hands down. Whenever you walk in, however busy, you will be attended to. I am a gold freak, and they always help me. Whether wanting new stuff, or needing repairs/sizing, Custom design, they do it all. I'm absolutely obsessed with my ring and Prengers went above and beyond! My fiance designed this with them and I couldn't be more happy. It was a little big but they resized it the same day. I couldn't recommend them more!
